BIO:

One of the caregivers under Viveca’s direction shares her boss’s tendency toward laziness, perhaps simply because her superior creates that atmosphere and allows it. Perhaps things would be different if her authority weren’t like that, perhaps not. She often devotes a lot of time to one child at a time and strives to lift the children’s spirits when something is wrong, unconsciously acting as the staff’s counselor.
