Always apart from others, his condition keeps him obsessed with the thought that people are talking behind his back about how idiotic he is, which convinces him that he isn’t who he wants to be, but rather what he believes others see him as. Because of this, he becomes the ward bully. However, deep down he’s a child who understands the sensitive side of others and whose methodical mind is exceptional. If a very elaborate plan is needed, he’s the one to pull it off.
