BIO:

The head caregiver. She might seem like the kind of person who does the bare minimum to get the day done. Nothing could be further from the truth. Although it’s common to find her slacking around at every opportunity, she performs each of her tasks with excellence when required. She can be impatient and bossy, which contrasts sharply with her loving and protective nature that comes out when the situation or orders call for it. She’s in charge of the institution’s infirmary, which the children call Viveca’s Infirmary.
